Harbus Foundation offers consulting services to Reach Out and Read
"During the past year, Reach Out and Read has embarked on a significant, multiyear expansion effort to serve an addtional million children. [We needed to find] the best way to structure our field operations to both achieve our growth goals in the short-term and sustain our growth for the long-term. It was in this key capacity building area that we decided to focus the energy and efforts of the Harbus consulting team. Up until the generous support that was provided by the Harbus Foundation this past spring, we have had limited organizational expertise or capacity to properly review our growth needs. The combination of technical assistance from a team of Harvard Business School students and $10,000 in operating support from the Foundation allowed us to achieve all of our goals and objectives for this important project.
