Philosophy

We constantly evolve to best meet community needs.

Every year, our student volunteer teams change, bringing fresh ideas and new approaches to the organization.  As such, there is no one grantmaking model that we follow, nor is there a typical grant recipient from year to year.

However, every grant recipient must display several key traits:
  • a meaningful and creative approach to social change
  • a passionate, committed leadership team
  • a strong record of (or potential for) positive impact
